Consultancy 1 Year Anniversary

Today marks one year since I started my own solo consultancy. I’m grateful to be working with clients as a Fractional CTO, as well as mentor and coach.

It started out as information gathering, learning from resources like the Business of Authority Podcast, materials from Jonathan Stark, books on consulting from Alan Weiss, and interviewing other Fractional CTOs.

I’ve leaned on my network for leads, and am still figuring out my positioning and marketing to find more.

I’ve started rediscovering excitement and sparks of creativity with my own projects.

Here’s to a successful first year! I’m excited for the year to come, and beyond.
